Published in the Official Gazette, this Presidential Decree re-establishes the boundaries and coordinates of the Istanbul Technical University Ari Teknokent Technology Development Zone (ITU Ayazaga Ari Teknokent-1). The document includes detailed ED50 coordinate system data aimed at updating the boundaries of the technopark zone. While this decree does not directly amend the text of Law No. 4691 on Technology Development Zones, it redefines the geographical boundaries of the relevant technopark project operating under the law.
