Conditions for promotion and title change of SSI personnel have been renewed
Regulation Amending the Regulation on Promotion and Title Change of Social Security Institution Personnel

Published in the Official Gazette, this regulation introduces comprehensive amendments to the Regulation on Promotion and Title Change of Social Security Institution Personnel. The regulation redefines the positions and conditions for appointments without examinations, and updates the education and service period criteria for certain titles. Furthermore, the processes and deadlines for appealing examination questions and results have been clarified.
The Social Security Institution Law No. 5502 has been removed from the legal basis article of the regulation, and the relevant Presidential Decree has been added as the basis instead. These changes, which concern internal personnel management and appointment conditions of the Institution, entered into force on the date of publication.

Before This Regulation was based on the Social Security Institution Law No. 5502 dated 16/5/2006, the Civil Servants Law No. 657, and other relevant legislation.
Now The Social Security Institution Law No. 5502 has been removed from the legal basis provision, and Presidential Decree No. 4 has been added in its place.
The legal grounds of the Regulation have been updated, but the reference to Law No. 5502 has been removed from the basis text.
